工作职责 / Operating duty:
1、负责搜集客户的产品信息,对客户进行分类;Responsible for collecting product information of customers and classifying customers;
2、负责长期客户关系的维护,处理投诉和相关问题;Responsible for long-term customer relationship maintenance, handling complaints and related issues;
3、负责维护企业的市场推广和合作。Responsible for maintaining the marketing and cooperation of enterprises
工作要求 / Job requirements:
1、本科或以上学历,1年客户服务工作经验(食品,药品,医疗器械领域优先)欢迎优秀应届毕业生和实习生;Bachelor degree or above, 1 year working experience in customer service (priority in food, medicine, medical equipment field) welcome excellent fresh graduates and interns;
2、对出口贸易有浓厚兴趣,有食品行业、药品行业相关知识背景的优先;Strong interest in export trade, knowledge background in food industry and pharmaceutical industry is preferred;
3、客户沟通能力强,思维逻辑清晰,并热衷于客户维护开发(有销售和客服经验优先)。Strong customer communication skills, clear thinking logic, and keen on customer maintenance and development (sales and customer service experience preferred)
